Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Flowix Design in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying R&D projects, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in target sectors. They will also collaborate with R&D and design departments to ensure alignment between client requirements and product offerings. Qualifications Strong Sales and Negotiation skills Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies Client Relationship Management skills Knowledge of Industrial sectors like Automotive, Oil & Gas, Aerospace & Defense Excellent Communication and Presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Experience in the technology or engineering industry is a plus
