Sales Consultant(KEC)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sales Executive for our automobile showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, understanding their vehicle needs, conducting test drives, and closing sales. If you have a passion for cars and a flair for sales, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage showroom walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models and variants.
• Present vehicle features, specifications, and benefits clearly.
• Coordinate and conduct test drives.
• Negotiate pricing and finance options in line with dealership policies.
• Assist customers in vehicle booking, loan, insurance, and registration processes.
• Follow up with prospective leads and ensure timely conversion.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM system regularly.
• Ensure a clean and well-maintained showroom display.
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation Preferred
• Experience: 1–3 years in car/automobile showroom sales (preferred)

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Basic knowledge of vehicles and current market trends
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM usage)
• Valid 4-wheeler driving license is mandatory

Working Conditions:

• Location: In-showroom role
• 6-day work week including weekends and public holidays
• Weekly off on rotational basis
• Uniform and ID card provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
