Sales Consultant

SALES CONUSLTANT

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchase process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers at the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements.
• Explain product features, pricing, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of all Mahindra vehicles.
• Follow up with leads, maintain customer records, and close deals.
• Ensure timely documentation and vehicle delivery coordination.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.
• Stay updated with competitor products and market trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate.
• Proven experience in sales (automobile sales preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of computer
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (four-wheeler preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
