Sales Consultant & Manager

The Sales Consultant / Sales Manager position we have available is perfect for a customer-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. Your primary responsibility will be to sell vehicles, exceed sales targets, maintain customer relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of our dealership's sales performance. As a Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers at the showroom. Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles will be crucial aspects of your role. You will need to provide comprehensive information about vehicle features, specifications, and financing options, as well as follow up on leads to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, conducting test drives, handling inquiries professionally, and overseeing the documentation and delivery process are key responsibilities. Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets while fostering strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals will be essential for success. In the role of Sales Manager, you will lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve dealership targets. Monitoring individual and team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) will be critical. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive foot traffic and increase conversions, as well as providing training and support to sales staff on customer interactions, CRM utilization, and negotiation techniques. Proper inventory management, coordination with other departments, preparation of sales reports for management, resolution of escalated customer complaints, and collaboration with the marketing team for promotional activities and events are all part of the role. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for both experienced professionals and freshers.
