Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and motivated Workshop Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our Honda 2-Wheelers workshop. The candidate should ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, efficient workflow, quality repairs, and adherence to Honda’s service standards. Key Responsibilities : Oversee workshop operations and manage service advisors, technicians, and support staff Allocate job cards, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles Maintain service quality and ensure first-time fix ratio Ensure adherence to Honda’s SOPs and service quality parameters Monitor spare parts availability and coordinate with the parts department Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution to their satisfaction Track workshop productivity, efficiency, and turnaround time Implement safety and cleanliness protocols in the workshop Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports Provide training and guidance to the technical team Coordinate with the manufacturer for technical support, warranty claims, and audits Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
