Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant / Senior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional car buying experience by building strong relationships with customers and understanding their automotive needs. Key Responsibilities Engage with walk-in and online customers to identify their requirements and provide appropriate vehicle options. Conduct product presentations and test drives to demonstrate features and benefits. Maintain knowledge of current vehicle inventory, promotions, and financing options. Follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance. Prepare and process all documentation related to sales, delivery, and registration. Maintain customer records using CRM tools. Coordinate with the finance and insurance departments to support customer transactions. Skills & Qualifications: Proven sales experience (Automotive preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. High level of professionalism and customer service orientation. Knowledge of Hyundai vehicles is an added advantage. Must be goal-oriented and self-motivated.
