Sales Consultant - Holidays

The primary function of this role is to advise on and plan business and vacation itineraries. As a Consultant, you will be communicating with clients to understand their needs and assist them in selecting the best options available within their travel time and agreed-upon budget. Responsibilities: - Listen attentively to customers" requirements and recommend the right product and packages to convert them into revenue. - Utilize assigned leads to focus on increasing the customer base and achieving the best possible conversions with minimal lead loss. - Provide customers with complete and error-free information about GIT and FIT packages and products to set realistic expectations. - Acquire knowledge about the culture, ethnicity, weather conditions, geographic layout, etc., of holiday destinations to educate customers during the sales process. Secondary Responsibilities: - Respond to inquiries about the company's services, understand clients" requirements, destinations, length of stay, and transit time. - Recommend the most appropriate transport options based on available finances, departure and arrival times, and preferred transit duration. - Inform customers about the cancellation policy, including important dates and penalties. - Consider the agreed-upon budget when selecting accommodation and transit options. - Educate customers on post-sales activities and provide accurate timelines. - Build rapport with customers to enhance satisfaction levels. - Research various travel destinations, including prices, customs, weather conditions, and reviews. - Stay updated on market trends and offer suggestions to the product team for more competitive options. - Develop trust and confidence with customers by patiently addressing their queries. - Clearly communicate travel requirements to the operations team and ensure promised services are delivered. Qualifications & Experience: - Completion of any graduation with a minimum of 50% marks. - A minimum of 1 year of experience in handling holiday packages will be an added advantage.,
