Sales Consultant - Holidays

Role Overview: As a Travel Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to advise and plan business and vacation itineraries for clients. You will need to effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and assist them in selecting the best travel options within their budget. Key Responsibilities: - Listen attentively to customers" requirements and recommend the most suitable products and packages to generate revenue. - Utilize assigned leads to expand the customer base and achieve high conversion rates while minimizing lead loss. - Provide accurate and detailed information about Group Inclusive Tour (GIT) and Free Independent Traveler (FIT) packages to set realistic expectations for customers. - Acquire knowledge about various aspects of holiday destinations such as culture, weather conditions, and geography to educate customers during the sales process. - Respond to inquiries regarding company services, understand client preferences, and recommend suitable destinations, durations, and transit options. - Assist customers in selecting appropriate transportation based on budget, departure/arrival times, and preferred travel duration. - Explain cancellation policies, including important dates and penalties, to customers. - Consider agreed budgets when recommending accommodation and transit choices. - Educate customers about post-sales activities and manage their expectations regarding timelines. - Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction by building relationships and addressing queries patiently. - Stay updated on market trends, explore new destinations, and provide feedback to the product team for competitive options. - Ensure clear communication of travel requirements to the operations team for seamless service delivery. Qualification Required: - Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks. - At least 1 year of experience in handling holiday packages is preferred.,
