Sales Consultant

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers, determining their needs, and suggesting suitable vehicles. Additionally, you will need to explain vehicle features, demonstrate operation, and negotiate the final price during the sales process. Your role will also involve completing sales paperwork, including sales slips and contracts, as well as delivering vehicles to customers and ensuring they understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork. It will be essential to maintain an owner follow-up system and follow up on post-delivery items to ensure customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will need to schedule first service appointments, introduce customers to the service department, and develop and follow up on prospects. You will also assist with the used-vehicle inspection process and keep the used-vehicle department clean. Attendance at sales meetings will be required, and you will need to review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year.
