The Dealer Sales Executive role involves driving the sales of vehicles and related products (e.g., financing, insurance, warranties) at a dealership. Your main focus will be on establishing and nurturing customer relationships, providing exceptional service, and achieving individual sales targets. It is essential to have a deep understanding of the dealership's product offerings and market conditions to effectively guide customers, close sales, and contribute to the overall success of the dealership. Your responsibilities will include: Sales and Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service throughout the buying process. - Engage with walk-in customers and promptly respond to inbound inquiries (phone, email, online leads) in a professional manner. - Identify customer needs and preferences through effective questioning and listening skills to recommend suitable vehicle options. - Guide customers through the sales process, including trade-ins, financing options, and closing deals. - Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in vehicles but have not yet made a purchase. Achieving Sales Targets: - Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the dealership. - Utilize various sales techniques such as prospecting, cold-calling, and networking to drive showroom traffic and generate leads. - Monitor personal sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and take proactive steps to increase sales. - Maintain an accurate customer database and record all interactions in the dealership's CRM system. Product Knowledge and Presentation: - Stay updated on the latest product offerings, new car models, features, and industry trends to effectively educate and advise customers. - Participate in product training sessions to maintain knowledge about the dealership's inventory and services. - Ensure proper display of vehicles in the showroom and current promotional materials. Customer Financing and Trade-In Support: - Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate smooth processing of customer applications. - Provide guidance on trade-in evaluations to ensure fair and accurate vehicle valuations. Administrative and Reporting Duties: - Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. - Maintain records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and inventory updates. - Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager or General Manager. Customer Satisfaction and After-Sales Service: - Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the sale to ensure a positive customer experience. - Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly. - Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and promote additional products and services. Skills and Qualifications: Required: - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred). - 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry. - Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. - Basic knowledge of vehicle features, financing options, and CRM software. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. - Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Preferred: - Experience in automotive sales or dealership environments. - Knowledge of local market and customer demographics. - Familiarity with financing, leasing, and trade-in processes. - Fluency in multiple languages. - Certification in automotive sales or customer service training programs. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone and internet reimbursement, leave encashment, paid time off, and provident fund.
