Sales Consultant for Inbound Voice Process

Job Description: You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers facing issues with printers, routers, and antivirus software. Your role will involve diagnosing the problems effectively and providing the customers with the best technical support plan suited to their needs. Additionally, you will be tasked with recommending relevant software solutions and selling technical support plans to customers. To excel in this role, you must possess prior experience in outbound tech support spanning over 6 months to 1 year. It is essential to have the ability to independently close calls and demonstrate strong convincing and sales skills. Proficiency in handling blue screen errors, pop-up calls, and troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac, iPhone, and iPad is required. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs.15,000 to Rs.22,000 per month along with lucrative incentives. The work schedule will be in the US shift, providing you with fixed monthly salary deposits, ample leaves, including comp offs and birthday leaves, daily and monthly incentives, spot incentives, and medical benefits.
