Who are we looking for

Sales Consultant

This opportunity sits within a broader strategic transformation program aimed at elevating market presence and optimising commercial operations for a leading player in the building materials industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyse existing sales, distribution, and channel processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and growth levers.
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies tailored to regional market dynamics and customer segments.
  • Collaborate closely with client sales leadership to build capabilities and drive adoption of new sales and GTM approaches.
  • Design and refine sales organisation structures, incentive frameworks, and channel strategies aligned to growth objectives.
  • Support operational rollout of GTM initiatives, including pilot design, implementation, and impact tracking.
  • Present insights, recommendations, and execution roadmaps to senior client stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-13 years of hands-on sales and GTM experience within building materials, construction products, or related B2B sectors.
  • Strong understanding of distribution networks, channel management, commercial operations, and customer segmentation.
  • Proven experience designing and executing GTM strategies; FMCG sales experience is an added advantage.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior leadership teams and drive on-ground execution.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
