What We Offer:

● Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

● Variable Incentives: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (No upper limit!)

● Strong English communication & listening skills

● Confident with calls & video-based counseling

● Graduation mandatory

● 6 months – 2 years of sales or counseling experience preferred
