Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting their ideal cruise packages, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, providing expert advice and consultation, and maintaining excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include managing client inquiries, discussing travel preferences, and closing sales.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
