As a Sales Consultant at Panjab Bespoke, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through personalized consultations that can range from 30 to 120 minutes. Your expertise in styling, fabric knowledge, and providing luxury service will ensure that each client has a seamless and memorable experience at Panjab Bespoke. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct client appointments (30-120 mins) based on their specific needs, whether it is for suits, groomswear, or general styling. - Advise clients with detailed knowledge of fabrics, cuts, tailoring techniques, and store policies. - Stay updated with the latest global and Indian menswear trends to offer contemporary styling guidance. - Build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring that every consultation reflects the luxury ethos of the brand. - Confidently present product ranges, recommend add-ons, and meet sales targets. - Collaborate with production and CRM teams to ensure smooth order flow, trials, and deliveries. - Maintain high store standards in ambience, presentation, and hospitality expected in a luxury retail environment. Qualifications: - Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. - Confident, well-groomed, and personable with a luxury brand presence. - Ability to listen, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions. - Knowledge of menswear, styling, and fashion trends. - Target-driven mindset with professionalism and patience. - 2-4 years of experience in retail sales, with a preference for luxury fashion or menswear background. - Graduate degree in fashion, retail, or business (advantageous). - Prior experience in bespoke, suiting, or groomswear would be a plus.
