Key Responsibilities: - Conduct client appointments (30-120 mins) based on their specific needs, whether it is for suits, groomswear, or general styling. - Advise clients with detailed knowledge of fabrics, cuts, tailoring techniques, and store policies. - Stay updated with the latest global and Indian menswear trends to offer contemporary styling guidance. - Build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring that every consultation reflects the luxury ethos of the brand. - Confidently present product ranges, recommend add-ons, and meet sales targets. - Collaborate with production and CRM teams to ensure smooth order flow, trials, and deliveries. - Maintain high store standards in ambience, presentation, and hospitality expected in a luxury retail environment. Qualifications: - Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. - Confident, well-groomed, and personable with a luxury brand presence. - Ability to listen, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions. - Knowledge of menswear, styling, and fashion trends. - Target-driven mindset with professionalism and patience. - 2-4 years of experience in retail sales, with a preference for luxury fashion or menswear background. - Graduate degree in fashion, retail, or business (advantageous). - Prior experience in bespoke, suiting, or groomswear would be a plus.
