Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team at TeamViewer GmbH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales compensation and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the sales compensation structure.
Develop and implement new sales compensation models to drive business growth and increase revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop targeted sales campaigns and promotions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on sales performance and compensation strategies.
Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets and reports to track sales data and analyze results.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in sales compensation or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
