The Role

Sales & Communication Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with

  venues, planners, designers, and UHNI families

  to expand Novella's network.
• Craft compelling

  storytelling pitches and presentations

  that emotionally connect with clients.
• Drive

  new client acquisition

  by converting storytelling into measurable revenue.
• Represent Novella at

  luxury events, forums, and wedding showcases.

• Collaborate with the creative and operations teams to ensure every client experience feels personal and luxury-driven.
• Support PR and marketing campaigns with strong sales-oriented communication.
• Report directly to the founder on revenue targets, collaborations, and pipeline growth.

What We're Looking For

• 36 years of experience in

  sales, brand communication, or luxury marketing.

• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills.
• Ability to confidently communicate with

  HNIs, UHNIs, and global luxury clients.

• Proven track record of converting relationships and collaborations into revenue.
• Strong understanding of luxury culture, weddings, and guest experience.
• Comfortable with

  6-day weeks, late nights, and travel.

• Long-term mindset someone who wants to grow with Novella as part of its legacy.
