Sales & Collection Head

This role involves leading the sales and collection teams, setting targets, building strategies, and strengthening customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and key accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting

Collection Management

• Oversee the collections process to ensure timely payments from customers
• Design and implement collection strategies to reduce overdue and bad debts
• Coordinate with finance and legal teams for escalated or critical cases
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and payment terms
• Track aging reports and take corrective actions where required

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
