Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Co Ordinator based in Chennai. The Sales Co Ordinator will be responsible for supporting sales operations, managing customer relationships, and efficiently coordinating sales activities. The role involves assisting the sales team, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining communication, and ensuring seamless coordination within the sales department to achieve team goals. Candidates must be detail-oriented and adept at managing schedules, documentation, and internal processes while prioritizing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to ensure smooth execution of sales processes
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage and build positive relationships with clients
• Experience in Sales and thorough understanding of sales principles and practices
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous experience in a hospitality or luxury environment is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
