Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented National Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our National sales operations by ensuring smooth communication and coordination between clients, and other departments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of National trade regulations, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales :
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in National markets with cold callings.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Track and report on sales activities, providing regular updates to the management.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Client Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for National clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on order status.
  • Handle client requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and other sales documents as needed.
  • Coordinate client visits, presentations, and meetings with the sales team.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies for target markets.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation for management review.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details in the CRM system.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of required documentation for National shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  • Coordination and Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal departments, including production, logistics, finance, and marketing, to coordinate sales activities and ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist and participate in organizing National trade shows, exhibitions, and sales meetings, including logistical arrangements and promotional materials.
  • Support the marketing team in developing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in trade regulations and advise the sales team and clients accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Client Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in National sales or sales coordination or logistics.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
