Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound sales calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about products and services. Prepare and send quotations to potential and existing clients, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. Follow up on quotations and sales inquiries through phone calls and emails, maintaining a high level of customer engagement. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery timelines. Maintain an updated database of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software. Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for management. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
