Order Management
Receive purchase orders from customers.
Verify order details (rates, quantity, delivery dates, credit terms).
Enter orders in ERP/software for processing.
Coordination with Production / Plant
Check stock availability against orders.
If stock unavailable, coordinate with production planning for manufacturing timelines.
Follow up for material readiness as per customer requirements.
Customer Communication
Send order confirmations, dispatch details, and invoices to customers.
Address customer queries related to orders, delivery status, or documents.
Logistics & Dispatch
Arrange vehicle or transporter for material dispatch at optimal cost.
Prepare dispatch documents (invoice, e-way bill, packing list) and ensure timely dispatch.
Payment Follow-Up Support
Coordinate with sales/accounts teams for payment follow-up as per credit terms.
Share ledger copies or outstanding statements if required.
Reporting
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Update management on pending orders, dispatch status, and customer feedback.
Internal Coordination
Liaison between sales team, production, QC, accounts, and logistics to ensure end-to-end execution of orders.
General Administrative Support
Assist in sales documentation, filing, sample dispatches, and records management.

Skills Required:

Strong communication (verbal & written)
Proficiency in Excel, ERP, or CRM software
Organisational and coordination skills
Attention to detail and follow-up discipline
Basic understanding of supply chain and commercial terms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,237.82 - ₹20,000.00 per month
