Sales Co-ordinator

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will act as the link between our clients and factory team to ensure smooth execution of orders. The role involves coordinating with customers, tracking order progress, and ensuring timely delivery. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining excellent client communication, managing updates, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and order details.
• Communicate with the factory team to ensure accurate and timely production.
• Track orders from initiation to delivery, resolving any delays or issues.
• Maintain records of client interactions and order updates.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in sales coordination or client servicing will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
