As a Sales Coordinator at the manufacturing unit specializing in swimming pool equipment, your role will involve coordinating sales activities, managing client communication, and supporting the sales team in daily operations. You will be responsible for ensuring timely order processing by coordinating with clients and internal sales teams. Handling inquiries via phone and email, providing product-related information, and utilizing B2B portals for lead generation and follow-ups will be essential tasks. Additionally, maintaining records of customer interactions, sales, and leads, following up with potential clients for business development, and assisting in preparing sales reports and documentation will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with clients and internal sales teams for timely order processing. - Handle inquiries via phone and email, and provide product-related information. - Utilize B2B portals for lead generation, follow-ups, and product listing. - Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and leads. - Follow up with potential clients for business development. - Assist in preparing sales reports and documentation. To excel in this role, you should have: - Good knowledge of B2B portals (e.g., IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.). - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Prior experience in telesales or inside sales. - Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling). - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Qualifications: - Minimum: 12th Pass. - Graduates are preferred but not mandatory. Experience: - Minimum 6 months of telesales or sales coordination experience preferred. Salary: - 14,000 - 18,000 per month (based on experience and skills). Gender Preference: - Female candidates only. Benefits: - Health insurance. - Provident Fund.
