• Handle inbound leads and follow-up from calendar bookings, WhatsApp, and CRM
• Understand the prospect’s business, pain points, and potential goals
• Deliver tailored sales pitches using our

  and discovery process
• Convert leads into clients by aligning solutions with their business goals
• Maintain CRM records, follow-up loops, and proposal communication
• Coordinate with Account Managers for seamless onboarding post-closure

✅ Must-Have Skills

• Excellent spoken & written communication (English + Hindi + Gujarati preferred)
• Confident, friendly, and empathetic listener
• Ability to understand business needs and think strategically
• Obsession with learning & improving sales techniques
• Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline

💡 Nice-to-Have

• Experience in sales, customer success, or digital services (even internships!)
• Familiarity with CRMs like ZOHO, HubSpot, etc.
• Knowledge of marketing terms (ads, funnels, landing pages) is a bonus
