Job Description

Key Responsibilities for the Job Profile: -Sales Consultation. - Engage qualified leads in meaningful conversations, understanding their requirements and pain points. - Tailor product or service recommendations to meet the needs and preferences of individual leads. - Provide detailed information about pricing, features, and benefits, addressing objections and hesitations effectively. - Sales Closure: Work collaboratively with the sales team to transition qualified leads into the sales pipeline. - Ensure all necessary documentation and information are collected for a smooth handover to the sales team. - Assist in scheduling appointments or demos for leads with sales representatives. - Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with leads by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and a customer-centric approach. - Follow up with leads at appropriate intervals to nurture their interest and trust in the company's offerings. - Should be a good Sales person - Should be good in Negotiations - Should be ready to sit in the clinic and ready to take the clinic ownership too. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Proven experience in lead qualification and/or inside sales with at Least 2 Years & Max 3 to 4 Years of experience. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities. - Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools. - Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets. - Languages - English, Hindi, Kannada MANDATORY
