Role Description

The Sales Champion will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, maintaining relationship with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales pipelines, achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and providing feedback to improve product offerings. The role requires strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Client Management, and Customer Relationship Management
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to conduct Market Research and provide feedback
• Proven ability to meet Sales Targets and manage Sales Pipelines
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Experience in the education or study abroad industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
