Sales / Business Development

As a Sales / Business Development Executive at Naikroop, your role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and building customer relationships, supporting sales activities, managing the sales process, assisting in client training, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service. Freshers with the right drive and communication skills are encouraged to apply. Qualifications required for this role include excellent communication and customer service skills, strong interpersonal skills, willingness to learn, ability to work independently as well as part of a team, a Bachelors/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory), 01 years of experience in sales (freshers welcome), interest in software products, services, and technology sales, and prior exposure to software sales or internships in a similar field will be an advantage (but not required). Naikroop is developing a No-Code Application Development Platform that accelerates the journey from concept to launch, reducing time by 60% to 80%. The platform supports a wide range of use cases, offers CTO as a Service, Custom Software Product Development, and Code Review & VAPT Services to ensure the security and quality of applications.
