Role Description

full-time, on-site role in Noida

The individual will be responsible for:

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Maintaining and building customer relationships
• Supporting sales activities and managing the sales process
• Assisting in client training and handling customer inquiries
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service

Freshers with the right drive and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)

• 0–1 years of experience in sales (freshers welcome)

• Interest in software products, services, and technology sales
• Prior exposure to software sales or internships in a similar field will be an advantage (but not required)
