Job Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Sales & Business Development Executive who understands the film, media, and production industry. Your key responsibility will be to drive revenue through direct sales of our workshops, cinematic products (like actor showreels, music video launchpads), and production services (TVCs, branded films, music videos). This includes client pitching, cold calling, handling inbound leads, and closing deals — all while working with monthly sales targets and lucrative commission structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively pitch and sell SVMT’s services to potential clients (actors, brands, agencies, artists).
• Handle incoming leads, qualify them, and convert them into paying clients.
• Identify new sales opportunities via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with agencies, marketing teams, and artists.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to close sales.
• Collaborate with the creative team to communicate client requirements accurately.
• Meet monthly sales targets and earn performance-based commissions.
• Represent SVMT Productions professionally across the Mumbai entertainment ecosystem.

Who Should Apply:

• Someone with 2–5 years of sales experience in media/advertising/film/production.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English and Hindi both).
• Familiarity with Mumbai's production scene and acting/modeling ecosystem is a huge plus.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently on targets.
• Comfortable with phone calls, client meetings, and business pitching.
