About the Role

Sales Business Development Executives

What You’ll Do

• Identify and approach potential clients across industries (FMCG, lifestyle, startups, corporates, etc.)
• Pitch Cre8 Anything’s services (branding, packaging, digital marketing, campaigns)
• Generate, nurture, and convert leads into signed projects
• Collaborate with our team to align client requirements with services
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Compensation

• Commission-only role

  (no fixed salary)
• Earn

  10% commission

  on every project you close
• Payments released promptly 10 days after client's payment is received

• Unlimited earning potential

  based on performance

You’re a Fit If

• You have excellent communication & persuasion skills (Hindi & English preferred)
• You are confident in sales and client interaction
• You are self-driven, result-oriented, and entrepreneurial
• Prior sales or business development experience is a plus
