About the Role We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Sales & Brand Partnerships team. This role focuses on identifying potential brands, conducting persuasive pitches, and driving collaborations for brand placements across our film trailers, teasers, and digital promotional content. You will play a crucial role in helping brands leverage the power of films to enhance visibility, strengthen market presence, and connect with large audiences.
• Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential brands suitable for film integrations and promotional visibility.
• Sales Pitching: Deliver compelling presentations to showcase brand placement opportunities within films and digital content.
• End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead qualification to closing the deal.
• Presentation & Client Communication: Communicate value propositions clearly while building strong client relationships.
• Digital Marketing Support: Assist in executing social media campaigns as needed.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, marketing, creative) to ensure seamless execution of brand commitments.
• Strong secondary research skills for identifying potential brand categories and market opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills—both spoken and written.
• A strong sales attitude with confidence in pitching to clients.
• Awareness and interest in the film industry and media marketing trends. • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Basic digital marketing awareness (social media platforms, campaign execution, brand visibility strategies).
• Quick learner with a positive, energetic, and professional approach.
• Open to both male and female candidates.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
