Sales/ BD ASM

Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time Sales/BD ASM located in Bengaluru for Khushi Communications Private Limited. Your main responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, engaging with prospective and existing clients, and managing sales activities for the complete South India region (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Puducherry). This role will require you to coordinate with various teams to ensure sales targets are achieved. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth - Engage with prospective and existing clients to promote company products and services - Manage sales activities for South India region - Coordinate with internal teams to meet sales targets effectively Qualification Required: - Strong communication and customer service skills - Proven experience in sales, sales management, and training - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently - Knowledge of telecom and networking solutions is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Note: Khushi Communications Private Limited is a telecom supplier specializing in Time & Frequency Sync Solutions, including PTP GM, NTP Servers, PRTC, GPS Clock, Test and Measuring Equipments (Telecom).
