Sales Automation Implementation Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of DMS/SFA solutions.
  • Coordinate with IT, Sales, and Distributors for seamless data integration.
  • Configure and customize modules based on sales team requirements.
  • Conduct training sessions for field and back-end users.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively.
  • Liaise with software vendors (Field Assist or others) for enhancements or support.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track implementation progress.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum

    4-7 years

    of experience in DMS/SFA implementation and management.
  • Experience with Field Assist

  • Strong understanding of FMCG sales operations and hierarchy (SSDB–Retail).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead a small team and manage multiple regional rollouts.
