Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Attendant based in Jamnagar. The Sales Attendant will engage with clients, provide assistance with inquiries, and promote the company's range of precision components. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, providing product guidance, managing sales transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also requires preparing sales reports, staying informed about product updates, and contributing to sales strategies for business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients
• Sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Ability to understand technical product specifications and customer requirements
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales reporting
• Proficient organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Jamnagar
• Previous experience in sales or a related field is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related discipline is preferred
