Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Attendant located in Gurugram, where the selected candidate will support day-to-day store operations. Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting products, providing information about the craftsmanship and heritage behind each piece, maintaining an organized and aesthetically appealing sales floor, and processing transactions efficiently. The Sales Attendant will also ensure a positive in-store experience while upholding the values of the brand. Qualifications Customer service and relationship-building skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience. Product knowledge, including the ability to understand and promote handcrafted and artisanal products like Chikankari embroidery. Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills to engage effectively with clients. Organizational and multitasking abilities to maintain order, assist customers, and support smooth store operations. Prior experience in retail or sales is beneficial but not mandatory. Proficiency in basic point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools is a plus. An appreciation for craftsmanship and heritage fashion is highly desirable. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent service in line with brand values.
