Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Sales Attendant to represent Flora Wedding Planners at our office. The role involves handling client inquiries, promoting our wedding planning services, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.


Key Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in and telephonic client inquiries

• Explain Flora Wedding Planners’ services and packages clearly

• Follow up with potential clients and close sales

• Maintain client details and lead records

• Coordinate with the planning team for smooth handovers after booking

• Ensure excellent client experience and relationship management


Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)

• Basic sales or customer handling experience (wedding/events experience is a plus)

• Presentable, confident, and result-oriented

• Ability to work from the office and handle clients independently
