Sales Attendant

As a Sales Attendant at JM Auto Consulting, located in Tiruchengodel, your role will involve assisting customers in the selection and purchase of used vehicles. You will be responsible for answering inquiries about inventory, providing excellent customer service, managing vehicle displays, maintaining a neat sales area, and processing customer transactions. Your support to the sales team will be crucial in achieving targets. Ensuring accurate documentation and staying updated on inventory offerings are also part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers in selecting and purchasing used vehicles - Answer inquiries about inventory - Provide excellent customer service - Manage vehicle displays and maintain a neat sales area - Process customer transactions - Support the sales team in achieving targets - Ensure accurate documentation and stay updated on inventory offerings Qualifications: - Customer service and sales skills with effective communication abilities - Knowledge of used vehicle categories, especially commercial vehicles, cars, vans, and bikes (preferred) - Basic organizational skills for managing documentation and display areas - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet sales-related targets - Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor - Familiarity with the Namakkal area or local markets is an advantage - Proficiency in Tamil and basic English communication is desirable - Previous experience in sales or the automobile industry is a plus but not mandatory,
