Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our E-commerce services team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales, lead generation, cold calling, client conversion, demo meetings, follow-ups, and closing deals. This role involves working closely with businesses to offer our E-commerce services and help them grow online.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads for E-commerce service sales (B2B).
• Conduct cold calls and outreach to prospective clients.
• Present our services, schedule and conduct demo meetings to showcase value.
• Take regular follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
• Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and conversion status.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical) to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and best practices in E-commerce solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Sales, preferably in E-commerce, IT, or service-based industries.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain high conversion rates.
• Comfortable with cold calling and field/client meetings.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and online business platforms is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
