Associate/Sr Associate - Sales

Up to 4.0 Lacs + Incentive

6 Days (Sunday Fixed Off)

10.00 AM to 7.00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell Health in surance plans.

* Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable insurance solutions.

* Explain policy details, benefits, and terms clearly and confidently.

* Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems in real-time.

* Handle queries, objections, and follow-ups with professionalism and patience.

Requirements:

* Graduate with excellent English communication skills.

* 6 months to 1 year of experience in Tele Sales or Insurance Sales is preferred.

* Freshers with strong communication and convincing ability are also welcome.

* Energetic, target-oriented, and confident in handling objections.

* Strong persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
