We are expanding our team and are on the lookout for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our voice process division. Designation: Process Associate – Voice Process Key Responsibilities Handle inbound sales queries from USA-based customers . Share accurate and detailed product information, including: Product features and advantages Quality specifications Shipping timelines (TAT) Pricing and offers Assist customers in understanding why our product stands out. Tag each sales call accurately with appropriate call wrap-up codes. Transfer calls to the floor supervisor for quality checks , as required. Maintain and improve Average Handling Time (AHT) while achieving sales targets , following the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures). What We’re Looking For Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills. Prior experience in voice process or inbound sales is an advantage. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work in night shifts to support US time zones.
