🔹 About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and confident Sales Associate who can connect with customers, explain our services/projects clearly, and help convert enquiries into site visits or sales.

Aapko bas communication achha hona chahiye — baaki sab hum sikhayenge.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and understand their enquiries
• Explain projects/services clearly in simple language
• Follow up with leads and schedule site visits
• Maintain daily and weekly sales reports
• Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth client experience

🔑 Key Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass
• Good communication skills (Strong English required, Hindi preferred)
• Confident while talking to customers
• Ability to explain products/services clearly
• Basic phone-handling & follow-up skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Fresher or experienced — both can apply
• Must be punctual and responsible
