Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate at our Hyderabad location. The Sales Associate will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate product recommendations. Daily tasks include managing store displays, maintaining inventory, handling transactions, and assisting in promotional activities. The Sales Associate will also ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in retail sales and customer service
• Proficiency in managing store displays and inventory
• Ability to handle financial transactions accurately
• A passion for natural and sustainable personal care products
• Knowledge of skincare, haircare, and oral care products is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, India
