Sales Associate

3Ding is a pioneer in the 3D Printing space, providing advanced 3D Printers and on-demand 3D Printing services to clients across industries. We’re expanding our team and are looking for a skilled sales professional who can drive 3Drinter sales and manage client requirements for 3D Printing projects.

Role Overview:

This role combines product sales and service consultation. You’ll engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, recommend the right 3D printing solutions, and ensure a smooth client experience from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell 3D Printers by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Handle inquiries for 3D Printing services, from initial discussions to order closure.
• Maintain and update leads/opportunities in our CRM .
• Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to convert leads into sales.
• Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales and service targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year experience in sales (preferably technical/B2B/B2C).
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales workflows.
• Strong client handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to grasp technical concepts and explain them to clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
