Job Responsibilities:

B2B Sales: Engage in business-to-business sales, promoting health and motor insurance products to corporate clients.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in various businesses.

Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into successful business deals.

Product Knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of health and motor insurance to offer tailored insurance solutions.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads; develop strategies to pitch insurance products effectively to businesses.

Negotiation & Deal Closure: Conduct professional negotiations and close deals, ensuring that client requirements are met satisfactorily.

Key Requirements:

* 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B, health insurance, or motor insurance sales.

* Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-centric approach.

* Ability to thrive in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

* Open to both graduates and undergraduates.
