Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable apparel/products
Maintain in-depth knowledge of current collections, sizes, and trends
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Handle POS (billing) systems and manage transactions accurately
Achieve individual and store-level sales targets
Assist in visual merchandising and inventory management
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store floor
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns smoothly
Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion/apparel retail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service mindset
Sales-driven and target-oriented
Well-groomed with a pleasing personality
Basic knowledge of billing systems and retail operations
