Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads and offer personalized product recommendations
Explain benefits, authenticity, and pricing of gemstones and sacred wearables
Convert leads into sales and meet monthly targets
Maintain lead records and follow-ups using CRM
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong spoken Hindi/English and clear communication
Prior Team Lead experience is a plus
Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with high-ticket conversations
Interest or openness toward wellness and spiritual products
Must have a personal laptop or be willing to rent one
