Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sell paid consultation appointments to parents and students. Drive consultation show-ups by conducting expectation-setting calls in advance. Close deals confidently by understanding pain points and aligning solutions. Follow the sales process and scripts to the dot. Keep detailed documentation for every converted sale, including Zoom recordings, sales call summaries, and conversion insights on the converted call sheet. Build strong rapport and trust with potential customers. Skills and Attributes: 0-2 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales or related roles (Preferred: edtech sales and inside sales experience). Strong in objection handling, rapport building, and structured selling  Excellent command over communication, listening, and persuasive storytelling  Skilled in Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tracking  Ambitious, money-minded individual who thrives under targets
