Career growth in a respected and growing brand Your Role as a Sales Associate: You’ll be the heart of our customer experience — guiding, assisting, and delighting customers throughout their visit. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers warmly and professionally Understand customer preferences and suggest jewellery that suits their needs Explain features, pricing, and offers in a clear, confident manner Keep displays tidy, clean, and attractive Handle queries or concerns with patience and care Record and update customer information for future follow-up What We’re Looking For: Education: 10th standard and above (Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing is a plus) Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates in sales or customer service Skills & Traits: Excellent communication and people skills Presentable appearance and a pleasant attitude Basic comfort with using mobile apps or billing tools A two-wheeler (preferred) for local travel during campaigns Location: Arthanari Nagar, Swarnapuri, Salem, Tamil Nadu Ready to make customers smile while building a shining career?
