Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a smile and assisting them with their purchases
• Operating cash registers and handling cash transactions
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Making an invoice of the purchases made by customers
• Maintaining the Database of Computers by politely asking their name and number at the time of invoice
• Making GST Einvoice for B2B Customers on ERP (Training will be given)
• Creating an Indent of the Products needed from H.O. (Training will be given)
• Making an entry of the Closing Stock at the outlet every month
• Maintaining a database of credit invoices and following up on their payment
• Monitoring inventory levels and restocking shelves as needed
• Providing product information and recommendations to customers
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets
• Utilizing computer skills for data entry and generating sales reports
